Description
Juicy and flavorful chicken drumsticks with a sticky teriyaki glaze, made easy in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Brush with extra glaze and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
- For crispier skin, pat drumsticks dry before marinating.
- Adjust cooking time based on drumstick size.
