Ingredients
- 10 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix five-spice powder, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the drumsticks in the marinade until fully coated.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
