Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with the spice mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra crispiness, spray drumsticks lightly with oil before cooking.
