Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes, drained
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Place the sausage balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use mild or hot sausage based on your preference.
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the sausage balls with cooking oil before air frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
