Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes, drained


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
  4. Place the sausage balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  6. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
