Ingredients
- 1 lb cod fillets, cut into sticks
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge cod sticks in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
