Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 275°F (135°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cheddar cheese and chopped bacon to the egg mixture and stir.
- Grease silicone molds or ramekins with non-stick spray.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the molds.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes or until the egg bites are set.
- Carefully remove the molds from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
