A delicious and easy recipe for Air Fryer Mushroom Truffle Ricotta Toast.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mushroom mixture on the bread slices.
- Place the bread in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Remove the bread and spread ricotta cheese on top.
- Drizzle truffle oil over the ricotta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

- Use any type of bread you prefer.
- Adjust the amount of truffle oil to your taste.
- Can add grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
