Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mushroom mixture on the bread slices.
