Description
A delicious air fryer turkey breast seasoned with herbs.
Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast (about 3-4 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried sage
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and sage.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
- Cooking time may vary based on the size of the turkey breast.
- Letting the turkey rest helps retain juices.
