Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast (about 3-4 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried sage


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and sage.
  4. Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast.
  5. Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
