Description
Crispy air-fried egg rolls filled with creamy crab rangoon mixture.
Ingredients
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing)
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Place 2 tbsp filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold bottom corner over filling, then fold sides toward center. Roll tightly.
- Seal edges with beaten egg mixed with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (187°C).
- Lightly spray rolls with oil. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use real crab meat for richer flavor.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
- Refrigerate leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days.
