Description
A quick and delicious grilled cheese sandwich with mushrooms and Swiss cheese, made in the air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice butter-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Layer with Swiss cheese and mushrooms.
- Top with the second bread slice, butter-side up.
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip halfway through cooking.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use any bread you prefer.
- Add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
