Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Pat wings dry and toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange wings in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Whisk honey, sriracha, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl.
- Toss cooked wings in sauce until fully coated.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, let wings sit uncovered in fridge for 1 hour before cooking.
