Description
Crispy and flavorful chicken wings coated in a sweet and spicy honey ginger glaze, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Toss the chicken wings in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip the wings, and cook for another 12 minutes.
- Brush with olive oil halfway through cooking.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the wings.
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
