Description
Delicious Indian-style tandoori chicken wings made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, cumin, paprika, and oil.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; wings should be crispy and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
