Description
Crispy air fryer wings coated in a spicy-sweet jalapeño hot honey glaze.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
Instructions
- Pat dry the wings with paper towels.
- Toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Cook wings for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 12 minutes until crispy.
- Mix honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and jalapeño in a small saucepan. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Toss cooked wings in the glaze. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave jalapeño seeds in the glaze.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure wings reach 165°F internally.
