Description
Crispy and flavorful air fryer drumsticks with a zesty lemon garlic herb marinade.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the drumsticks evenly with the marinade.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Marinate for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on drumstick size.
