Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the shrimp in the marinade until evenly coated.
