Description
Tender and juicy chicken drumsticks coated in a sweet and tangy maple mustard BBQ sauce, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the drumsticks evenly with the sauce mixture.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra crispiness, spray the drumsticks lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
