Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/4 cup diced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add water and olive oil to form a dough.
- Roll the dough into small circles.
- Mix mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning in another bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each dough circle.
- Fold and seal the edges to form mini calzones.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
