Description
Crispy mini vegetable spring roll bites made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Cut spring roll wrappers into quarters.
- Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wrapper piece.
- Fold sides inward, then roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange spring rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Flip halfway through cooking.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Keep wrappers covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
