Description

Crispy mini vegetable spring roll bites made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 10 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)


Instructions

  1. Mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Cut spring roll wrappers into quarters.
  3. Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wrapper piece.
  4. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange spring rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Flip halfway through cooking.
  9. Serve warm with dipping sauce.

  • Keep wrappers covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
