Description
A quick and delicious dessert toast with Nutella swirls and creamy ricotta, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp Nutella
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Spread Nutella evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- Mix ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Spread the ricotta mixture over the Nutella layer.
- Roll or fold the bread slices gently.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the toast in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use thick bread for better texture.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
