Description
Crispy homemade potato chips seasoned with Old Bay and cooked in an air fryer for a healthier snack.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Soak slices in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry thoroughly.
- Toss potato slices with olive oil, Old Bay, and salt.
- Arrange slices in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let cool before serving.
