Description
Delicious sausage-filled pizza rolls that are easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup of cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into squares.
- Place some sausage, cheese, and a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can use any type of sausage.
- Add vegetables for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
