Description
Make crispy BBQ potato chips quickly using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline or knife.
- Toss slices with olive oil, BBQ seasoning, and salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use russet potatoes for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
