Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix broccoli, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small sticks or patties.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
