Description
A quick and easy side dish with sweet brown sugar glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place carrots in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix brown sugar and melted butter.
- Brush glaze over carrots.
- Cook 2 more minutes.

- Cut carrots evenly for even cooking.
- Adjust glaze sweetness to taste.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
