Description
A quick and easy high-protein salmon recipe with Cajun seasoning, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon (sliced, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil over the salmon.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper evenly on both sides.
- Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until salmon flakes easily.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Check doneness at 8 minutes to avoid overcooking.
