Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Take mozzarella cheese and form into sticks.
- Dip each stick in egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place mozzarella sticks in the basket without overcrowding.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
