Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Take mozzarella cheese and form into sticks.
  4. Dip each stick in egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
