Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) mini sausages or cocktail franks
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into thin strips.
  3. Wrap each sausage with a strip of puff pastry, sealing the edges.
  4. Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Mix honey, mustards, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  7. Drizzle glaze over cooked pigs in a blanket before serving.
