Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix rice vinegar, ginger, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks with the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
