Description
Crispy air-fried chicken drumsticks coated in aromatic sage butter.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Mix melted butter, sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with the butter mixture.
- Place drumsticks in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
