Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss the wings with vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with extra vinegar for dipping.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust vinegar quantity to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
