Description
Crispy air fryer wedges made without sesame, perfect for a quick snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil and spices.
- Place wedges in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use russet or Yukon gold potatoes for best results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
