Description
A quick and easy shrimp scampi pizza made in the air fryer for a crispy crust and flavorful topping.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (12-inch)
- 1/2 cup shrimp scampi sauce
- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pizza crust in the air fryer basket.
- Spread the shrimp scampi sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top with cooked shrimp and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes on top.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust is crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
