Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Pat dry chicken wings with paper towels.
  2. Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Coat the wings evenly with the marinade.
  4. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10 minutes until crispy.
  8. Serve hot.
