Description
Crispy and flavorful chicken wings made in the air fryer with a soy, garlic, and ginger glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pat dry chicken wings with paper towels.
- Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat the wings evenly with the marinade.
- Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat wings dry again before air frying.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Double the marinade if you prefer saucier wings.
