Description
A quick and healthy toast recipe featuring spicy avocado and cottage cheese, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toast the bread slices in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread slices.
- Top with cottage cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
