Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toast the bread slices in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread slices.
  5. Top with cottage cheese.
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top.
