Description
A delicious and easy-to-make grilled cheese sandwich with a spinach and artichoke filling, cooked quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 2 tbsp chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and garlic powder.
- Spread the mixture on one slice of bread and top with the other slice.
- Butter the outside of both slices of bread.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove when the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra spice.
