Description

Easy air fryer crescent rolls stuffed with creamy spinach and artichoke filling. Ready in just 20 minutes for a quick appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles
  4. Place 1 tbsp filling on each triangle
  5. Roll up dough starting from wide end
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown
  7. Serve warm

Notes

  • Press excess water from spinach to prevent soggy dough
  • Check doneness at 8 minutes to prevent burning
