Description
Stromboli pinwheels made in an air fryer – crispy outer layers with melted cheese and savory fillings.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, pepperoni, parmesan, and seasoning.
- Roll dough tightly into a log.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Place in air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden.

- Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
