Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
  2. Brush both sides of the cod with olive oil.
  3. Season with garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the sugar-free teriyaki sauce over the cod and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
