Description
A simple and healthy sugar-free teriyaki cod recipe cooked in an air fryer for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp sugar-free teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Brush both sides of the cod with olive oil.
- Season with garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the sugar-free teriyaki sauce over the cod and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the cod in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

- Check the cod for doneness by flaking with a fork.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the fillets.
