Description

Crispy air fryer egg rolls filled with teriyaki chicken and pineapple for a sweet and savory treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
  • 1 tbsp oil (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, pineapple, teriyaki sauce, cabbage, and carrots.
  2. Place 2-3 tbsp of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly and seal with water.
  4. Brush each egg roll lightly with oil.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with extra teriyaki sauce for dipping.
