Description
Crispy air fryer egg rolls filled with teriyaki chicken and pineapple for a sweet and savory treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
- 1 tbsp oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, pineapple, teriyaki sauce, cabbage, and carrots.
- Place 2-3 tbsp of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly and seal with water.
- Brush each egg roll lightly with oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra teriyaki sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken for faster prep.
- Adjust teriyaki sauce to taste.
- For crispier egg rolls, spray lightly with oil.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
