Description

Crispy and flavorful Vietnamese-style chicken wings cooked in an air fryer with a tangy fish sauce glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, garlic, and chili flakes in a bowl.
  3. Toss wings with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Coat wings with vegetable oil and place in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Brush with remaining marinade and cook for 5 more minutes.
