Description
Crispy and flavorful Vietnamese-style chicken wings cooked in an air fryer with a tangy fish sauce glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, garlic, and chili flakes in a bowl.
- Toss wings with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Coat wings with vegetable oil and place in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Brush with remaining marinade and cook for 5 more minutes.
Notes
- Adjust chili flakes for desired spice level.
- Serve with lime wedges and fresh herbs.
